In this type of machine, the dough ready for working is pulled while being calibrated by the same calibrating rollers, and then continues partially wrapped on a roller that has the same speed as the cailbrating rollers. The rollers hold rotating blades adjusted manually to the distance desired that cut the sheeted dough longitudinally, while the transversal cut is made using a knife controlled by pneumatic pulses independently from the speed of the calibrating rollers. The sheeted dough is then deposited on the tray with automatic advance.
